Hi I’m Sharyn Fitzpatrick owner/operator of Fitzy’s Home Services. I started cleaning and gardening in 2009.
Happy clients make us happy. Knowing that the work we do builds joy and satisfaction into the lives of others is deeply rewarding. Ultimately, the joy of serving others is the primary reason I started Fitzy's Home Services Ltd.
It helps our clients have more time for the things in life that are most important to them. Time for their kids, with friends, to work on a project, to travel, to run their business, etc. Our service frees up hours of time that can make all the difference for our clients.
Hi I’m Thanapak Eat Saiying everyone calls me Eat. I moved to New Zealand in 2022 from Phuket Thailand during which I was cleaning villas by day and managed a bar and restaurant by night.

Hi I’m Regina Gagliardino from Argentina. I have a professional background primarily in Human Resources in Argentina, where I developed strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for working with people. Since moving abroad, I have gained experience across a range of roles in different sectors, including admin, online sales in cosmetic products, cleaning, and hospitality as a barista.
Along side my professional journey, I have continued to deepen my path as an energy healing practitioner and health coach. I'm passionate about supporting individuals in reconnecting with themselves, achieving balance and enhancing their overall wellbeing through a holistic approach.
I guess you can say I enjoy helping people in having a clean and organized space to come home to and relax and also helping to achieve a healthy approach to peoples wellbeing. Fitzy's Home Services has given me a balance to work part-time (3 days a week) which I thoroughly enjoy.
We had our house in Papamoa on the market which we had no luck selling so we called Fitzy's Home Services Ltd.
Sharyn came through and gave us an idea of things that needed to be done ie touching up chipped areas having the shower glass restored and giving it a thorough clean even though commercial cleaners had already been through the house. Sharyn and here team made the house sparkle. We had people that had seen the house before Sharyn cleaned it and weren't interested but came back after Sharyn had cleaned it and made an offer same day.
I can't thank you enough! It just shows you a clean and well presented house makes all the difference in a sale.
